Pre-Orders: Patience is a Virtue (Even for Pups)
Pre-ordered items are like a delicious bone just out of reach – worth the wait, we promise! These items are still in the works, but we anticipate shipping them within 1-4 weeks. Your whole order will be shipped together once all the goodies are ready for their close-up.
Need something sooner? No problem! Just place two separate orders, one for in-stock items and one for pre-orders. Email us at info@borkandbuckle.com if you'd like to split your shipment.
Domestic Shipping: Hooray for Australia!
We ship within Australia via Australia Post, and your delivery time depends on your postcode. You'll receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey. Please allow 1-6 business days for processing and dispatch, plus standard Australia Post delivery times.
International Shipping: Bork & Buckle Goes Global!
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates vary based on weight and destination. At checkout, you'll see a shipping quote before you confirm your order. Please allow up to 12 business days for processing and dispatch, plus standard delivery times for your country.
Shipping Costs:
- Standard Shipping (Australia): $8.95
- Express Shipping (Australia): $10.95 (Doesn't affect processing time, just gets it there faster!)
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout
