Our "No Bones About It" Guarantee
At Bork & Buckle, we want you and your furry friend to be over the moon with your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer a pawsitive solution.
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags attached.
- We'll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) once we've received and inspected the returned item.
Exchanges
- Want a different size or design? Woof woof! We're happy to exchange your item within 30 days of purchase, as long as it's in new condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Did your item arrive with a few extra chew marks (not from your pup!)? No worries! We'll replace or refund damaged or defective items, no questions asked (unless those questions are about belly rubs – we always have time for those).
How to Make a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support team at info@borkandbuckle.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
- Please note our flat rate return shipping fee is $5.00 AUD
- Once we receive your item, we'll process your refund or exchange lickety-split!
Please Note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that are not in new condition or do not meet our return policy requirements.
